Sepaass Shahidi focuses his practice on criminal defense, complex civil litigation, and government investigations.

Sepaass represents individuals and organizations in white collar criminal investigations, securities enforcement actions, tax enforcement proceedings, and healthcare fraud investigations.

Sepaass gained in-depth knowledge of securities, capital markets, and corporate governance while working at The Nasdaq Stock Market. 

While attending law school, Sepaass represented clients in tax controversies against the IRS as a student attorney in the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic. He also participated in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Law Student Observer Program as an intern in the Office of Risk Assessment. Sepaass holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
