Janice Lee is Staff Attorney Manager in the Washington, DC office of Zuckerman Spaeder. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters and government inquiries involving a wide array of issues, including antitrust, banking, securities trade, as well as international contract and real estate disputes.

Janice represents clients, including multinational companies and government entities, in multi-party civil trials and negotiations in the capacity of both counsel and business liaison. Janice is committed to protecting the rights of DC residents and has represented numerous pro bono clients in landlord-tenant disputes in District of Columbia Superior Court.

Janice has extensive experience with e-discovery platforms and other trial discovery issues concerning document production, privilege assertions, and admissibility of trial evidence.
