David Wong works on civil and criminal matters in the areas of antitrust, business litigation, class action claims, and government investigations.
With experience in plaintiffs and class action lawsuits, trade secret disputes, employment law cases, and government investigations and proceedings brought by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission, David has done research on legal issues and supporting case law, has worked on e-discovery, and has been involved with pre-trial motions writing.
David joined the firm after working as a law clerk for the Maryland Office of the Public Defender and as a trial clerk for the United States Tax Court. He received his legal education at the University of Notre Dame, where he served as an editor for The Journal of College and University Law. David received his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Virginia.
