For the past 10 years, the Institute has been the premier regional program for professionals engaged in the defense, prosecution, and adjudication of complex white collar criminal matters. Distinguished speakers have addressed a wide range of topics, including the Sentencing Guidelines, health care fraud, government contracting fraud, public corruption, international bribery and corruption under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), sanctions and export controls, ethics and compliance, and the False Claims Act (FCA), among others.

Throughout its history, the Institute has evolved to reflect shifting enforcement priorities and policy developments across federal law enforcement agencies. Programming has been carefully calibrated to address the most current issues in the field, aligned with the changing landscape over multiple administrations.

Partner Maggie O'Donnell will be speaking on a panel entitled, "Navigating New Boundaries: Recent Supreme Court and Appellate Court Decisions Shaping White-Collar Crime" on Thursday, September 4, from 2:15-3:15 pm.
